What are your hours of operation?
Our offices are open 9 am-5 pm Monday-Friday. Please call during this time for scheduling only.
Our clinical services are provided 7 days a week Sunday-Saturday 7 am-9 pm by appointment only. Extended hours to accommodate our client’s needs.
How long are counseling sessions?
Counseling sessions are 45-min-1 hour in length and are generally 1-2 x per week.

Yes, AMRI Counseling Services is a Certified Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE), Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), and Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB).
Is there a current waitlist for services?
Due to the high demand at times we may have a waitlist.It is best to contact our office regarding availability.
Are you open during the pandemic?
Yes, we are providing services during the pandemic. Most services are currently offered in the office, via telehealth, and in the schools at this time during the pandemic. We ask that all clients and staff wear a mask at all times while in our facilities and ensure they do not have covid-19 or have not been in contact with someone who has been exposed to covid 19. We want to ensure the safety of all.
Is your Kenosha location under renovation?
Yes, our Kenosha, WI location is currently under renovation. All clients are being seen via telehealth.
Can I be seen at your Sherman Phoenix/ Fond Du Lac Location?
Yes, this location is by appointment only. When making an appointment request to be seen at this location.
Is there parking?
Yes, We have ample free street parking and parking in our parking lot.
Can I choose my provider?
You may request a provider but we can not guarantee they will have openings at this time. We will accommodate your requests the best way we can and also provide additional options if we are unable to accommodate.
How can I pay my bill?
You can pay your AMRI Counseling bill on our website, by calling our offices 414-455-3879 or by calling our billing department 608-788-8103.

Do you offer group counseling?
Yes. Please contact us to learn more about our group offerings.
Is there paperwork I need to complete for services?
Yes, there is a new client intake packet that is for you to read, complete and sign prior to the start of services. The intake packet can be accessed on our website but requires a secure password. The receptionist will provide you with the secure passcode once you have completed a short phone intake.
